he was their on time and went though my set up with some helpful hints but some things I took with a grain of salt. and in talking with others at best buy.I am glad I did. Use the money (credit) to approve my set-upI am very happy

My wife and I were looking to furnish our newly remodeled basement with a new TV and surround sound. We were recommended an in home consultation, and it turned out to be a great idea. We pieced together a great system after discussing and checking out many different components, and our basement is now complete!! We are very happy!!

Rob Zajesky and Darrell Johnson installed a 65 inch tv over a fireplace. They did a great job and were very informative about the product. Both were very perfection, on time (called first to set time up) and completed the job quickly and correctly. I would recommend them and Best Buy for the TV, bracket and the installation.

Our consultant was always very professional and advised us on our concerns with the installation of the new TV and possibly other equipment we might want to consider to enjoy the new TV to the maximum. He had some great ideas we were not aware of and appreciate the honesty and candid recommendations he provided. Thanks again for all your help, Tim.

My husband and I spent over $7,000.00 on 11/22/15. Unfortunately I am not even able to turn the TV on with the universal remote that cost close to $1,000.00. I have to reach around behind the mounted 75 inch screen TV and fumble for an on button. My channels won't change and it takes 2-3 tries for the TV to respond to any commands. When I turn the system off I have fumble again for the button on the back. We had 3 visits from the Geek Squad to program this remote and it does not even work. I could not be more disappointed in this system set up. I hope someone helps me get this straightened out.

I booked the consultation before deciding on which sound system to purchase. Once settled on the sonos we cancelled the consultation . Installation was easy for my husband to do in a very short amount of time.

We used the geek squad to install our TV and sound system. They were very professional, from the beginning to the end. The exceeded expectations as far as how quickly the installed it, to how good it ended up looking - even brought a little shopvac to clean any of the messes they made by cutting into the drywall - I would definitely use them again.

The guys were very knowledgeable and professional and arrived on time. The paperwork took a few days but was thorough. Although options were provided, most expensive products were included in the estimate.

Best Buy is very customer oriented and sales staff is very helpful in the selection process and through to the end sale process. I did not have to pick up my merchandise because it was brought on-site by Geek Squad. Geek Squad made the difference in my purchase from Best Buy, because other stores do not have that service coordinated with the purchase.

The installer called prior to arrival, and arrived exactly on time to install a television bracket, sound bar and TV. The quality of work was excellent, and I was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad for any custom installation work.

I was planning to install a projector, the installation technician recommended I get an LED set instead due to my basement height restrictions. I decided to take his advice and order the Samsung KS8000

The in house consultation I had for my new home theatre system was great. They measured the room and looked at the seating arrangement and then provided a detailed report of what size TV would fit best and where the speakers should be placed. Buying the components was a breeze and then the installation was top notch. professional and clean.

I recently purchased a home that came with a mounted flat screen and speakers, but not a receiver. The tech called before he came, tested my speakers and TV made suggestions but was not pushy. He was well informed, polite and very helpful. If you are not sure about what you are looking for or what you might be able to do I would recommend this service.

Representative arrived at the scheduled time. Was very professional and curtious while in my house. Provided several options that would work for my setup from expensive to the lower prices options. Overall it was extremely beneficial to spend the few buck for this service if you want your home audio system to be done right.

The consultation was worth the $99 (which was deducted from the cost of the TV). Only problem we had was the consultants told us the installer would hook up our DVDs and he wouldn't unless we paid him another $99!!

Good rep showed up and gave me some good ideas. Unfortunately, since their computer messed up the scheduling, the promotion I had wanted expired. The rep did apologize and will notify me when the promotion comes back.

The consultant and installers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, however within one week the universal remote wasn't working properly, the new CD player wasn't working and the new Sonos player wasn't working. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with the Geeksquad I received an appt for the next week for service, which didn't help me with my music needs for my holiday parties! I think more time should have been spent educating me with troubleshooting with all the new equipment. If the equipment fails again after the technician returns this week I will be returning all the equipment for good.

We had one of the best full home theater systems that money can buy. But when we redesigned our living room, the wires were so unsightly. So with no basement/crawl space nor an attic to hide wires, the Best Buy sales persons helped us choose what would be best in our case. That was the BOSE SOUND BAR. Wonderful choice! Wonderful sound system!

I was about to buy a speaker system & Dan, in the Home Theater Dept. suggested I get a consult first. Great advice! Justin analyzed my existing set up, made some on the spot adjustments that made a BIG difference in sound quality then suggested some modest modifications to improve & make the best use of what I already had. Excellent service!
