    Excellent service, extremely helpful in determining what I was looking for in a new 4K tv and sound system. Bryan met me in the store afterwards and walked me through my options. Bryan is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to upgrade their tv experience. Thank You!

    I am installing a dedicated home theater in my basement and needed the advice of a professional to guide me down the right path.     Very good consult. The tech knew the Sonos system we were interested in and helped choose components and locations for our purposes. Gave both myself and my wife a really good understanding of the controller and various inputs. We were very pleased and have made our purchase and installs the product in home with great results. Thank you

    Products seem to be great as far as the tv's and sound bar. Not sure about the harmony remotes, aren't working as advertised. Always have to fix, everything doesn't start up or shut of at one time as advertised.

    The rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was a little too rushed at times, but I guess they r soo busy. Which can mean that they r good and people want the services. Extremely satisfied!

    The in home service from the Jason & other employees that set up system in my home were excellent . I just feel some of the the charges ( hanging Tv 's etc.} are over priced. Also we bought a compact refrigerator & did not move in the new house yet & they left it on porch in plain sight. I had no call that it was delivered !!!

    The Geek Squad Rep answered my questions, and understood what would be required for the configuration of devices I wanted. The high-end, high-price accessories he recommended turned out to be over-kill for my needs.

    Did not know that this service was available when initially walked into the store. Appointment set up was easy and the system designer that came to our house was excellent - patient and knowledgeable. Responded to all questions in a manner that provided assurance that the equipment will do what we required.

    The in-home consultation went well. The representative arrived at the scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a few suggestions on how to proceed with our installation of our new TV and sound bar.

    Scott from Geek Squad did an exceptional job of explaining the Sonos system and made the insulation easy. We were quite impressed with his knowledge and friendliness . Also since we were skeptical of the ease of the system and it's application - he took his time to explain every step and made sure we were happy before leaving.

    Dan Miller was prompt, on time and knowleaable. I wish Best Buy can partner with great contractors. Soundproofing floor and walls is very critical that Magnolia should have known and provided contract help.

    I had a great conversation with the technician who came to our house to look over what would be needed to install a TV above the fireplace mantle. He gave great advice for what we needed and what we didn't need. He was able to answer all my various questions relating to TVs and installation implications.

    The advisor, John, came to advise on my home theater. I needed my current Best Buy remote re-programmed and 2 components removed, an easy quick job. His estimate was for less than 2 hours of labor at over $175/hour. He also suggested I get another surge protector which I did not need, there are enough outlets in the working surge protector that I have. I sent him an email the next day asking for a more reasonable estimate and he never responded.

    The Geek Squad member was outstanding! He diagnosed our problem, explained our options for fixing them, and even helped to connect us to those resources. He did not try to push Best Buy equipment specifically (no hard sell) and seemed completely trustworthy. On top of all that, this all cost me nothing.

    Superb curved 55" TV and sound system transforms

    Shawn helped me make choices according to need and space, he made sure I got the best pricing as well. Ben and George did a truly masterful first rate job of installation. It looks great and the TV upgrade couldn't be better. I even got a $200 refund in about 5 minutes when it went on sale. The new Best Buy is a best buy.

    I had a Geek Squad employee come to our house for a consultation. The job is pretty straightforward--mounting a TV, hanging speakers, and installing Apple TV. I was told that I'd receive my estimate in writing the next day. It didn't come. After a week I emailed the person who did the consultation. Never heard back. I went to the store four weeks after the consultation and was promised that I'd receive the written estimate that day. That was ten days ago. It's really frustrating because I paid $100 upfront, and I still can't move ahead with this project.

    So the Geek Squad consultant called me before hand to let me know he would be arriving shortly. He was polite and professional, and put on shoe covers so not to bring dirt in to my home. He basically measured my room, and said what size TVs it could accommodate. He also explained to me how the TV would be mounted on the wall. We went very simplistic with a big TV and a Sound Bar. If you don't mind waiting for someone to visit, and you plan on buying from Best Buy, it can't hurt to have this service, since it only cost $100, and you get this back if you purchase more than $500 worth of product.

    I am building a new house and the home theater guys came out to help me setup my home entertainment center. They took their time going over all the rooms I was going to need their help in and within 2 days I had a detailed quote. I purchased the speakers that are going in the house early and was refunded the cost of the consultation.

    Really liked my in home geek squad consultation! The man was very knowledgeable, listened to my ideas, and recommended practical solutions. The upfront cost of $99 dollars is credited toward your purchases. So, it is basically free. If you are willing to pay them to come out, you have already decided to purchase there. Right?
