Best Buy consultation recommended options for a home entertainment center and after selecting desired components the technician arrived on time and installed them, did a system test, laced up the wiring neatly, and explained operating procedure to me. Very pleased with the system.

I had someone come out who couldn't install the system I needed and he said he had a person that couldhelp install it but never followed up. I called to no avail so called the store who called him and still no call back. I had to call a second time and they said they had no idea what he was talking about and still am awaiting an answer. I just called someone else to take care of the system.

We had our consultation and were told we would receive an email with recommendations for our room. Received a call from guy after about 2 weeks saying he was having computer problems but we would have email next day. It's been over 2 more weeks since that call and still have not received anything and have texted and called and left messages but have not been contacted by anyone. We are building our house and are to the point that we need this info to continue with installation. Very disappointed with this.

After sending out three different geek squad pros, I still did not get what I signed up for. I originally had the geek squad hook up my iTunes from my computer to work throughout the house via air play. For some reason, I lost that capability and asked the geek squad to come out and fix the problem. Still not working, suggested I buy an Apple TV and have them come out again at the cost of 150.00 to program my remote.

Geek squad provided prompt and effective service. Technician was very knowledgable of home theater system and assisted with installation and setup of wireless HDMI.

Although excited about getting my "dream" home theatre entertainment setup: BIG screen TV, 5 speaker system, BluRay, etc, I had no clue what all I needed to buy or how it should be configured. Rick Pasch, System Designer, handled everything for me in a highly professional, competent manner.

Our Geek visit was a very pleasant experience. The tech had excellent knowledge and really helped us navigate our options. The written estimate became our shopping list and we were able to make good decisions based on it. The cost of the visit was deducted from our purchases so the value was great.

The delivery was within the window and they gave me a call about an hour before arriving to give me a more specific time. They did a return/delivery for me because i decided i wanted to upgrade my tv. I shop at best buy because of their customer service and knowledge.

The two people who came to setup my home theater were great. They asked where I wanted items places, were courteous and explained everything when they were done. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the were done with the install. I would highly recommend these two for other jobs.

After purchasing a $100 in-home consultation I had 3 no show no calls after taking half days off of work. Finally someone showed up. He said he was going to put some quotes together and email them to me the next day. Well it is now over a week later and I have yet to receive a quote. I have called his cell phone 4 times and left a few messages for him to return my call or email me the quote. I have yet to hear back from him. I will be asking for a refund. The rating really does not deserve a star at all.

With today's technology and need to upgrade old style projection screen slide in space, the Best Buy in home consult provided the perfect opportunity to get it right. Very helpful and answered a lot of basic questions to make sure I was getting what I needed and staying within budget.

Doran and Andy did a very nice job on the set up of our new 55 in led and items that went with it. It's a very nice tv and looks great in our remodeled basement. This is Doran's 2nd time at our home. He's a real pro at what he does. He is nice to work with and is very thorough in his job.

Sonos is best wireless home theater ever made. Good sound quality, clarity and user friendly. L will recommend it my friends and buy more for the rest of rooms

I would absolutely recommend this service. The gentleman that came out was very professional and proficient. The advice he gave us helped us make an informed decision and definitely saved us money. We followed his advice and are now very happy with our purchases.

I highly recommend you starting with an in home consultation. Our rep walked us through everything. It was nice to be able to see what we could do or what we couldn't. The fee also goes towards a purchase.

Charged $100 for Geeksquad to come out for audio video consultation....gave them detailed notes at time of booking and took much time to get in their computer. Appointment day required a 4 hour window that I was to wait for rep to show during... Salesrep showed up with no notes, told me they couldn't handle this size of job and I would be credited my money back. .. Super huge waste of time. No refund yet 38 days later, that's now a new project. Thanks for nothing Best Buy and Geeksquad.

We wanted a new AV system for a conference room. The geek squad came in and provided us with some great ideas and good service. They weren't pushy and they didn't try to over sell us. The installation was clean and professional and they delivered a quality product within our price range.

Would highly recommend the team that I had led by Nick Wehrman. Very knowledgeable and proficient. They were extremely thoughtful and deliberative in their installation and left the site pristine when finished. My wife was THRILLED with the finished appearance.

I am extremely happy that I chose the in home walk through. The technician was extremely intelligent and was able to walk me through the set up of my home theater system. He recommended additional products from Best Buy which have enhanced my home theater viewing and listening expierence.

Consult was done well and identified required equipment. Installation and set-up was done with superb professionalism. Technicians were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Instruction in use of equipment was provided after installation. I would recommend this service to anyone.
