All reps were very professional and knew their job. They arrived within the time expected. Because the install team noticed & corrected a problem with work order the job was completed as scheduled and to my expectations, If not, it would have necessary to reschedule. Thank you. GREAT WORK

James and the installation team did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the aesthetics and speaker / TV location. James was professional and courteous and working with the Geek squad helped me saved countless hours of evaluating the products that would be best for my budget and needs.

In home consultation for home theater was very helpful for a novice like me. Jason identified issues and options I needed to consider in choosing the equipment that would best suit my needs. Also it was nice that the cost of the consultation is credited towards the equipment you purchase.

I had a 70 inch television, receiver, and Bose Accoustimass 10 delivered and hired the Geek Squad to install the system. They could not have been more professional and did an outstanding job for me. I highly recommend the Geek Squad for any complex installation of electronics.

I am writing to express my frustrating experience with a geek squad consultation/Best Buy. We had someone come out to help us decide what was needed to connect out door speakers as well as indoor ceiling speakers for an event we were having. We had made this appt early so that we would have a month before we absolutely needed the installation to be finished. The consultant came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable, but the after process is broken and very frustrating. It took a few days after the consultation to get a verbal list of what is needed for the job and then took a few more days to receive the written estimate. We were told to call the consultant with any questions. We did have questions and left several unreturned voice mails and emails. They still have yet to be returned. With June 22 approaching we called the store who had us call the geek squad dispatch center. The dispatch center in return put me on hold for 20 minutes while they reached out to the store. Come to find out many of items needed are not in stock and cannot be installed by the date we needed. The dispatch center told me that the store should have contacted me and set up installation which is the total opposite of what the store told me. Now I am out the $100 consultation fee becauseof Best Buy/Geek Squad's lack of communication. I have bought several items from Best Buy in the past, but will never do another consultation. It would be appreciated if the $100 consultation fee be taken off our account.

The tech took his time explaining all my different options as to what I could do with the different rooms in my house. Also how to install an outdoor t.v. And sound system.

I was reluctant to pay extra to have my new TV and components installed as I felt competent enough to do it. However, as they proceeded to install TV, Apple TV, Bluray and hook up to my satellite dish plus program it all to one remote, I realized it was well worth the extra fee.

Andy and Shamal did a great job installing Sonos! Andy even handled an after-installation question by telling me how to get iTunes I purchased years ago to transfer to Sonos! Without such a great explanation I would have never figured out the problem with these old tunes!

I had the Geek Squad setup my home theatre system with a Samsung TV, Denon receiver, Sony BR and Definite Technology pro cinema 600 speakers. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. This is the second time I utilized the Geek Squad and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My family converted a living room into a movie theater and best buy and geek squad made it happen!! They were great from concept to assisting me with the right components to buy and the installation process was clean, professional, and done perfectly. I can't thank them enough!!

Geek Squad consultant was very knowledgable. Told him what I needed (home theatre) and the quote was everything I needed. Only downfall, it came in over my original budget.

Overall experience was good. Installer did a great job. It was pouring rain and he spent quite some time out in the rain ensuring everything was working.

This was the best way for us to go, since we are not that familiar with the new technologies. Casey was very helpful. Asked us questions about how comfortable we are with the new technologies and came up with the best plan for our enjoyment with our new home entertainment system.

The service you provide is good! But I think you need to add doing some electrical. Don't want to mount a tv and have the cord running down the wall.

This in-home consultation for installation of TV via wall-mount and wiring both electrical and HDMI was done as scheduled and on time. The technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. Followed up with a formal quote for installation within 48 hours

Pretty impressed with the service I got from their home theater consultant. Spent a lot of time explaining to me their work and what will work best for my house. Its $99, but usable toward the purchase of items to be used for your home theater. I think that is pretty sweet deal.

The gentleman showed up on time. Took a quick look at what was needed. Explained every step of what he was doing. Solved my problem and was on his way in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend The Geek Squad for any work needed in your home.

I thought I knew what I wanted in my space, but having a professional give me an honest assessment on what would be best for audio and visual really helped. While I didn't go with everything recommended, the overall system is much better with their input.

Our consultant arrived on time and spent over a half hour going through our requests and discussing solutions. His solutions were very good and He worked with us to get installation done quickly. Installers were very efficient and professional as well.

In house consultation was very helpful & didn't try to sell products I didn't need. In store consultant read the proposal, had assisted me prior so know my lifestyle and needs and made great suggestions. Both consultants working together made my purchase very satisfying.
