Good intial experience in the Oro Valley, AZ store great people. We had an in-home consulation followed up with the installation of a 60" Samsung TV and Blue-Ray player and it seems like everything is working fine! Very good tech's from Geek Squad, answered all my questions.

TV is very nice; very large; nice clear picture. Sound bar had too much base in it for TV programs but we figured out how to adjust it. Now it sounds just fine.

Consultant stayed for brief amount of time stating TV mounting above fireplace was possible only to find out after TV and equipment purchased it could not be done by installer. No discount or compensation when complained to manager.

The picture on my Samsung TV gives you the feel that you are a part of the action. The 3D is amazing. The Sonos soundbar was an excellent choice recommended by Riley in your Paradise Valley store. My son loves it for his music and I can finally hear dialogue clearly.

I had a magnolia specialist come to my home and advise me what would best serve my needs. I felt informed and purchased only what I needed to meet my needs with-in the parameters of my home and my budget. I can operate it easily and love my music.

Purchased Samsung 65" TV and home theater system. Rep in store and consultant were more than helpful. The Geek Squad installed everything. TV has clear, beautiful picture. Sound system is fabulous. More than pleased with entire Best Buy experience!

I would highly recommend the Sony Bravia TV 60". The installatioon and help received from the Geek Squad was invaluable and the picture quality is phenomenal.

Setting up the appointment in store was easy. The consultant arrived on time and met with my husband who discussed our needs. The Consultant said it would be a few days. (fine, it was during the holidays, no problem). ...then that's it!! That's the last we ever heard from him.. To my knowledge we never received a recommendation nor a quote. Did we miss something here??

Our consultation went very well. It accomplished everything that we expected. Tim Merkel from Magnolia/Best Buy was extremely helpful for us to make decisions about our TV and speaker arraignment. Tim was very knowledgeable about the products and how we should proceed.

Jeremiah and Chris did a wonderful job on our install. They were very knowledgable, worked quickly and went out of there way to make sure everything was done correctly. They are a great resource to Best Buy and I would highly recommend them to people in our area.

The installation of my home theater system was perfect. There were no issues, they were on time, and the setup of the receiver to all the devices has worked seamlessly since they left. I'm thrilled with what they did and the price I paid for it.

Jordan was my one-stop go-to person for the product selections and installations. Jordan was very knowledgeable about BestBuy products and understood my AV needs. He and the installation crew had done a very nice job in installations as well.

I think the person was very knowledgeable and friendly,. He was quick to response through phone and email. Suggested the best configuration for home theater with price saving option. I had demo at Mognolia and he explained me everything in detail

First, the consultant recommended was not available for several weeks. Eventually when we did talk, he said not to bother - it would not be worth his time because we may not be buying soon enough. There was NO interest in our project or plans, which include a dedicated theater along with many other screens and audio throughout the house.

The geek squad come out in preparation for a new TV purchase give me my options as well as helped me make a decision which resulted in a new 75 inch Sony so I guess it worked out they'll be back to install the 75 inch in the next week or so

Beyond the no charge consultantation I don't have much positive to say. Perhaps I got a bad consultant but the responsiveness, follow through, attention to detail, and professionalism scored very low. Still to this day I have yet to receive any equipment recommendations. I ended up going elsewhere for equipment recommendations. You would think that someone that wants to spend thousands of dollars would have received better service.

The consultant Chris that came to our home did an excellent job of marking up the proposed size and location for our new TV over the fireplace. He further provided a recommendation of the Sony Tv as the best choice for our viewing needs.
