We had the Geek Squad hear what we wanted and then they told us what we needed. They came and installed it and explained how it operated. It's user friendly and we got great service.

Not having a good experience so far with the Samsung 9000, having to exchange for another one. A lot of gadgets not use to but hope I will be able to.

Look forward to getting various theater options final review was very costly with the limited options and poor explanation of needed components

We received excellent service with both the Best Buy Geek Squad consultation and installation. The did a thorough job and were easy to work with. After checking other Audio Video stores in town, BB by far beat everyone on price as well.

Bought a smart tv, new receiver and remote. The consultant was very professional and quite helpful. The installers were prompt, proficient, neat, knowledgeable and instructive. Could not have been more pleased with the entire process.

Booking appointment was simple - showed up on time and walked around my media room. Looked around for the simplest setup option possible - didn't really consider different options - essentially, felt like they were trying to find out what they could get done in the shortest time possible since it's a fixed installation fee. Options were geared towards expensive components. I would not use them again and nor did I purchase.

Hire consultant to give advice on what to purchase and install, but he was at the house for only a few minutes. Best Buy representative said he would send a report with his recommendations on what we needed to purchase for the media room, but he never sent report. I contacted Best Buy for help, and they too had difficulty getting the man to reply to their calls.

overall very good. What is included in the installation package is a very good deal. Installers were very helpful and left contact number for questions.

The technicians were very knowledgeable in installing my equipment. They were willing to answer any questions and were very enjoyable to work with. They made sure I understood how to use my computer and receiver. I would highly recommend using the Geeksquad.

The Geek Squad (Joe & Jared) did an excellent job of planning, installing and review of the operating instructions with me. Without them, I'm not sure I would have made the investment in this product. They made the process very easy.

Well initially I was little scared about my home theatre installation. But excellent group of people like Matt showed up and worked like real professionals. They were amazing and know how to satisfy clients. I already recommended to my friends.

The guy came out to the house. Talked a good game and never sent me a proposal for a complete sound system for our TV room. I gave him a budget of $5-6000 and he said he would email me the details. He kept giving me excuses for not completing the consultation. I followed up several times over 3-4 months and finally gave up. I would have reviewed this earlier had I realized my shopping history was maintained.

If you have questions or concerns about the space you're planning a home theatre installation, this is a good investment in trying to minimize, if not eliminate issues and the cost of the service is subtracted from your bill if you purchase the equipment.

Geek squad did an awesome job installing ceiling speakers, center channel and organize my wiring mess. Now my home theater is complete and it sounds great. Thanks Adam and Justice from Geeksquad for the great job you have done.

My in-home consultation by the Geek Squad was extremely thorough. They answered all of my questions, and even covered things I didn't know I needed to know! They did not pressure, and did a fantastic job with the consultation.

The Geek Squad member reviewed my rec room for a home theatre and suggested appropriate locations for all the speakers. Also gave advice on the proper wiring needed for in-wall installation. In addition, provided a list of equipment within my budget.

I paid the money for the consultation and installation because I simply did not want to drop my TV during the process. I figured if best buy drops it I get a new on them if I drop it I get a new one me. It is basically an insurance policy.

NEVER INSTALLED 7-2 SYSTEM. INCOMPLETE INSTALLATION HAD TO GO TO STORE TO BUY THINGS TO FINISH HOOKUP. DID NOT SHOW HOW IT WORKS. DID NOT PICK UP BOXES, I HAD TO HAUL OFF. I STILL HAVE TO DRILL HOLE AND FINISH INSTALL AFTER PAYING FOR IT. DVD DOES NOT WORK AND SMART REMOTE NOT HOOKED UP.
