Geek Squad came to my home to show me a Logitech Harmony remote which made it possible to have one remote instead of 4. Geek Squad geek knew the product inside out and convinced me that it was the right remote for our needs.

The set up and the time they took, with the knowledge they have. Once everything was put together. they ran everything by me to let me know what does what. Where to go for any problems and who to call. I am proud to have the system set up. Thanks

Remote instruction was brief and insufficient. Documentation was missing. The Harmony box says it contains user documentation. It did not. Installer wrote "The remote comes with very limited documentation. It comes with a very small brochure mostly containing legal information" Installer requested I send emails vice phone messages. 6 of 12 emails were not answered. My last email and 2 follow up phone calls were not answered.

I expect great things with this purchase. Multiple TV's for a rental property. Hoping that our guests have a great experience when staying with us

Couldn't be happier with my choice. Great picture quality. I looked quite a while before deciding on this Sony TV. Did much comparing and talked with the experts at Best Buy. Expert installation and set up by Best Buy.

They came out and gave recommendations on TV size, location, mounting options and setup. Would definitly use them again. Especially since the consultation fee could be used towards the purchase if I choose to do the installation myself.

Chris was very knowledgable and able to answer all my questions about the installation of the large screen tv I wanted to purchase and have installed. It was well worth the time and cost to have him come out and evaluate my plan for mounting.

I am happy with the ease of getting these sets into my home, getting them installed and understanding how they work. From the sales personnel to the Geek Squad - I couldn't have asked for more supportive and informative people with whom to work.

The service is very good. This is my second time using Best Buy/Geek Squad for home theater consultation/installation. I would recommend them.

From start to finish the install job was handled very well. The instore guy explained exactly what would happen, the designer came and figured out exactly what was needed and the installer did a great and efficient job.

Well the manager suggested, that I consultArion prior to me hanging the TV on the wall. This was a waste of my $100.00 Don't do it

In home consultation was prompt and professional. In store assistance given by Matthew Lyles was the best customer service that I could ever imagine. We will return to Best Buy just because of his assistance and expertise he gave us.

I had a new Sony 1040 Receiver installed with all of the hookups. They changed the hook up to my 70" TV and both my picture quality and sound improved. Then they programmed my Logitech touch screen universal remote! Wow! What a great product!

The Geek Squad was just great in all that they did at my house! Very smart guys and they were neet as well as very complete including providing instructions on the use of my new smart TV as well as new universal remotes!

Our in home consultant, Larry W, was very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to correct the problem with our original setup and make some recommendation for how we could get better performance and utility from our home entertainment system.

The consultant was quite kniwledgeable in the evaluation of my home theater system. He made the appropriate recommendations for my new home theater system, and the items he picked out were exactly what I needed. My new system is incredible.

Guy came by and we went over what I was looking for. He didn't really give me many options other than what I already had in mind. Also he never sent me the follow up email with the specs on what we discussed. I even went to the store and reminded the staff there and still never heard from him. Not a big deal, the gift card was for the same amount of the consultation and I did get a few useful tips from him while he was there.

Samsung has been our choice for phone, and now will be our choice for televisions. We would recommend this TV to anyone who is looking to purchase a new TV. and don't forget the Geek Squad, they were wonderful, efficient and knowledgeable.
