    The team that installed ceiling speakers and Sonos components did an outstanding job. They were professional, friendly, experienced and skilled. Helpful in all ways. We are very pleased with the results.

    The Projector is nice, The picture look good, The settings are easy to play with, The fixed screen nice fit right on the wall were I wanted it. The Geek Squad did a good job on the install so far very pleased.

    Dan and Daniel were outstanding. They kept working and remained very pleasant despite the job taking 7+ hours (they were only scheduled for 3 hours). I would not be enjoying our new sound sytem without them.

    Had purchased and set up an in-house consultation with the Geek Squad a month a ago. The appointment was set up for July 1 and the time window was 12:00 to 4:00. On June 30, I received an e-mail from Best Buy reminding me of my appointment the next day from 12:00 to 4:00 . On the day of the appointment, I sat around and waited by my phone for the phone call which was supposed to come 30 minutes before the technician was supposed to get there--it never came. During the 4 hour window I repeatedly checked my computer for any e-mails which might have come in and alas, at 4:15, I get an e-mail telling me I need to reschedule my appointment. I was not pleased. There was a number to call if I was having problems--so I called. I finally got in touch with a human which was sadly, another waste of time. The guy was very polite and extremely apologetic--I bet he said "I apologize" 50 times during our conversation, but alas, nothing was accomplished in this conversation. I was put on hold no fewer than 7 times, sometimes for long periods of time, (like 5 plus minutes). After spending over 45 minutes with this very apologetic person, I could not bear it any longer, particularly when he asked me "now what type of service was it you paid for?" At that point I realized my calling to complain of Best Buys' utter disregard for my time was indeed, a waste of time. There was a link on the e-mail previously mentioned that allowed me to reschedule my appointment , (which I did). I'm supposed to receive a phone call by 9:00 pm the day before--let's hope it works this time. What is really grating at me is I have spent over $3000 dollars on TV's and sound equipment for this go round, and this meeting was scheduled to have them "Tell me what else I needed to buy to complete the job!" Go figure.

    The gentlemen that came to our home to recommend what we needed for a home entertainment system was very knowledgable and helpful. He also provided a quote in the timeframe he promised.

    I was impressed by the knowledge and professionalism with Geek Squad. Usually this type of service is synonymous with expensive. But because of their affiliation with Best Buy, the price is VERY reasonable.

    properly determined what I needed to complete my home system using the existing wiring and speakers that were installed when the home was built. This saved me additional cost of replacing existing system.

    Technician came out for appointment as scheduled. Visually inspected media room, but didn't record any notes or take any measurements. Had a salesperson at the store call me, but nothing was ever provided in writing with recommendations. Sent a text to the technician requesting that he email me his product recommendations and pricing and never heard back from him.

    Having the Best Buy pro look at my home and living room gives me the confidence to purchase a Lg short throw projector and 100 inch screen. Thanks to Best Buy for professional help.

    someone from an office called left a message and said they needed to reschedule, then 30 mins after the appt time a guy calls twice saying he's on his way. 2 guys showed up at my house. I was not letting them in I don't even know if you really work for Best Buy. He was rude and unapologetic. The whole consultation process was terrible.

    It was a little difficult for us to decide the exact size of TV that can be put in our new room. The consultant was able to give us a good input and explained the connections and accessories very well.

    Jason is absolutely wonderful, he has helped me set up my entire new house, he advised me on stuff to do and not to do, i could not ask for a better person to do this, i trust Jason entirely!!!!
