GeekSquad made a special effort to come to my home, and provided great suggestions regarding equipment and room design for home theater install. Promised to send list of needed gear and prices several weeks ago. After quite some time I sent an email reminder... still waiting for promised information... Not a complete waste of $100, but nearly so.

I bought this service thinking that I will get good advice. After initial consultation there was no response from the rep who came to my home. It was waste of money. It is better to get a free advice from a knowledgeable friend as I later did then wasting your time and money.

Installed equipment in a timely manner, arrive on scheduled, everything was done in a professional manner and a full explanation of how to operate all of the installed equipment was provided.

geek squad members were on time and did a good job of setting up everything and showing how to use.

Their consultation saved us and our contractor valuable time and gave us sooo much good advice. We now know how to configure new build and what to purchase for maximum enjoyment. Thanks!
