The service could have been far better than what was provided.

I had Geek Squad come give me an estimate. They wouldn't bid on the wiring for my CCTV and the quote I received for my sound system was, in my opinion, rediculously overpriced. Won't be calling them again. I just basically threw away $100.00

The geek squad person was very knowledgeable about the system that I wanted to get. And he provide a detailed quote of both the equipment and installation charges.

Geek Squad installers did a great job. Showed us all the features and made sure we were happy with the results. Two wall mounts with all components out of sight!

We went to the Bend Oregon Best Buy to purchase appliances, TV's and Smart Home technology for a new construction. I deliberately spoke to the store manager to set expectations and help coordinate all related departments including a home pre-inspection. What followed was an episode from the 3 Stooges. None of the departments worked together or communicated with each other or the knuckle head from the Geek Squad. In fact it got so screwed up the manager from their sister company Pacific Appliance had to get involved and even then couldn't coordinate the sizable purchase. We bought our appliances from Home Depot and will get the other electronics online. What a phenomenal waste of time. Just buying a TV or refrigerator then Best Buy might be a consideration but multiple items from different departments

It seemed to me that the geeksquad member had a difficult time keeping up with the schedule, and was interested in selling me more than what I originally had them out for. Still did not get my 99.00 dollar's credit after spending 5800,00 on two TV'S. Have gone back several times for additional items anyway?

Consultation was for delivery and installation of a large screen TV. There were wires and cables that needed to be re-routed to a new location.

We have music throughout our home and can run everything from our smart phones.

I am a person who researches everything I possibly can before I make my purchase. I am so very pleased with my choice of the Samsung JS 8500 tv.

I recommend getting an in home consultation before purchasing a big screen tv to be sure you can get the size you want...if you have a small space to fit it in.

The geek squad representative came to my house and we went over what was needed to be done. He was to send me an estimate/quote of the intended work. I never received it, I have tried to follow up but I keep on getting bounced from department to department. Just a tiring exercise.

I purchased 3 Sonos Connect Amp systems for my house and had it set up by Geek Squad. The Geek Squad technician was terrific and the system seems to work well.

Geek squad person (bob) was outstanding. He knew what he was doing, overcame a few minor problems and had the system up and running for us to use that evening.

I actually think I was over sold . I was lead to believe this was top of the line equipment. I'll never know because due to the area we live in some of the equipment can't be used. I do think Kyle with the Geek Squad was very good. Product is not up to par to what I spent. Disappointing.

The technician was thorough, listened to me, and made excellent recommendations for the space I'm upgrading. Hopefully the install goes well.

Tim was Professional, Friendly and very Knowledgable. He fully explained the options on home sound system with excellent quality at very reasonable prices.

In home consultation and delivery/installation by Geek Squad members , Brittany & Mike went very smooth. Both were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

In home consultant was great. There was no follow up from the store, I could not get the quote emailed to me. I had to go to the store to pick it up and all it ended up being was one of each from the most expensive list of things that they sold. I can do that myself without spending $100.
