I have BestBuy home theater equipment and felt it would be best to schedule to move it to a new residence via the Geek Squad. The scheduling to get even a consult to do this was the most frustrating experience i can remember being in for a very long time. It took no less than 20 different phone calls, dead ends, store managers, geek squad managers and everyone else saying i had to go through the phone scheduling system. Calling into the phone scheduling system turned out to be a nightmare. Most of the time i could not get through. When i did get through, the person at the other end said he/she could not help me and i had to call in again. I asked for call-backs from an appropriate person and never got them. But i did get a call back from someone trying to sell me a mobile phone :(. When i said i needed help with something else she disconnected me. The people i talked to when i did get through, for the most part, were trying to be helpful, but there is apparently no way within the GeeK Squad system for them to connect me to someone else that can help when they do not have the skills or the instructions to handle the request. They simply say to call back. And each time i get a different ration of S_--T ahout why my call is so different our outside of their capability or what. I should have been given a direct contact number to the appropriate tech service when i purchased the consultation visit. Now i am facing the horror of trying to schedule the installation visit and i anticipate it will be a similar nightmare! If i had a choice, i would definitely NOT be dealing with BestBuy or Geek Squad for this service and when i buy my next system or system component, i definitely will NOT buy from BestBuy.

The INSTALLATION - IN-HOME CONSULTATION was very satisfactory. We received help and advice both in our home and at the store and were very satisfied.

Consultant unhooked receiver to test speakers and never hooked anything back up. Took several weeks to get results. Report and results did not result in anything that I could not have done in the store.

Came to my house and couldn't do what I wanted done. Said he would email some suggestions for my home theatre and I never received one. Stopped by the store and asked about the email and still didn't get one after that. Basically paid 100 dollars for a consultation and got nothing.

Very pleased with the home installation. Everything was set up for me and then given instructions on how to operate. Very professional.

Did a good job. We carefully reviewed my options and the consultant told me why he was recommending certain items which was helpful.

They were on time, very neat, very knowledgable and personable. They took the time to explain how to work the new TV and audio equipment we purchased.

Store personnel referred me to 800 number and the 800 number dropped my call too many times, went back to store and still could not get consult. Service from technicians have been good in the past, but their appointment system is worse I have ever encountered

This product is excellent for teens to use it and kearn to take care of tecno items. Price is ok, not too expensive not too cheap.

TV has great clarity and the sound system is superb! TV has many features such as Netflix and Internet access! Guys did a reat job setting up system.

A wonderful helpful service. The consultant took all my components out and ordered what I needed to make our home theatre just perfect. Thank you.

So I had to pay $99 just for a consultation. I thought this was normal until I realized that everyone else I called didn't charge this. So I called and cancelled the appointment bc I wasn't sure I even wanted to have the home audio installed. I didn't know how much anything would cost up front. So it's hard spending $99 and knowing that it would more than likely would be hard earned money I was just throwing away ESP when everyone else was free! So I called and cancelled and Greek Squad was very understanding and refunded me and cancelled my appointment. If it was just based on customer support I would have given a 5 star rating. BUT Bc of the consultation price I gave a 2 star. I have no clue if the service would have been good or not??

The technician that came out was very informed, answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to work everything before he left.

Troy and Jonanthan were great!! Gave me good advice on a new audio and video system in my home. Super service from those guys.
