The guy who came out to the house was very knowledgeable. However, he wanted us to drive an hour away to a store across town to test which equipment works best for us. None of our local stores had the products to test. It was an inconvenience.

A few more questions at the store would have saved them a trip to my house and me two weeks. A flawed screening process caused this waste of their time as well as my delay in getting things completed.

The consultant was on time. he know about all of the products I was interested in ( TV & Blue rays ). He was a professional.
