I Ordered an in house multi room audio consultation and they showed up asking what they were there for. I told them leave and I will just ask the neighbors kid I need to buy! I have never seen such an ignorant company!

Thought it was very helpful. Without the consultation we would have struggled to choose the correct products for us.

The two service tech's that came to my property did a great job and were very professional with the install.

The in-home consultation was exactly what I needed to know if we could mount a tv on our fireplace.

I set up an appointment and the rep came out said 1 or 2 things and never responded back to me.. Now I'm just receiving a survey for review on the consult. I say I've gone with someone else who deserves the $10K I have to spend.

Our first appointment was scheduled and we received a confirmation email when the consultant was out on medical leave. Our rescheduled appointment was the same result - so we took 2 days off from work for nothing! You need a better system

I had some different requirements, like hooking up my turntable to my new Sonos sytem. And everything works!

Geek squad setup and installed new 55" TV with Def Tech sound bar over fireplace and did an excellent job!

The staff was excellent and gave us the best recommendations for equipment that tied into our existing TV.

We had in home consult in June but never received a report from the Geek Squad employer about what items were needed in our home that needed to be purchased.
