The guy that came out was fine and very knowledgeable. However, have still not heard back...and it has almost been a month. That is ridiculous. Will not use geek squad again.

The guy never showed up. He called me on the day of the appointment for his unavailability and promised me to come next day. I followed him couple of times but he never responded any of my calls or messages.
