Everything about our tv installation was great! Our installer was early (he called first to make sure that was ok) and did a great job hanging our tv and hooking up the various components that went with it. He took the time to review the functions with me and answer my questions. We were very happy with this service.

Moving into my new home, I needed help on the correct size tvs to buy for the furniture location in various rooms, and getting the best sound system for the space. Got what I needed and all within my budget. yup, would recommend! why guess and risk a costly mistake for your entertaining and leisure hours??

I had a middle end receiver with a zone selector, for a 7 zone house, which burned out after 6 year use. These guys tested every piece of equipment, every speaker, etc. Still recommended and installed a middle level receiver, but educated me on minimizing zone use to what is being used, to give the system longevity.

Very knowledgeable group of folks. I had them come to look at upgrading AV throughout home. Right out of the gate, the consultant knew what the existing equipment was and where it was lacking. I hope to be able to take their advice and implement some or all of proposal in the near future.

The Denton receiver is great but took forever to hook up. Manual is only online and has to be downloaded -250 pages. However the help desk came to the rescue and helped get everything working.

The Geek Squad managed to pick out the best equipment with great reviews! Very happy with the Samsung 4K 9000 Smart TV, Yamaha Tuner, XBOX One S for 4K ultra viewing pleasure, and harmony elite remote. Geek squad trained me very well and the installation of all equipment was and is flawless!

The product was suggested by the home consultation geek who also suggested lots of unwanted and unneeded items. I cut the price down to 1/8 of his suggestion and am happy with my purchase

The gentleman who conducted my consultation was professional, thorough, polite and very knowledgeable. He brought out the pros and cons of what I wanted to do and I do believe, because of his explanations and comments, I made the best choices for myself in regard to how I wanted my home theater installed.

I needed help with speaker recommendation and placement. My consultant came to my home. From there he recommended the speakers and placement based on the lay out off the room. Before purchasing we went to the studio so I could hear and see what he thought was the best option. I would you this service again.

We are finishing our basement and needed help with selection of a complete A/V system (TV, speakers, receiver, etc). This was a great experience! They came to our house and spent several hours discussing our ideas, and helped to select every component of our system. I'd highly recommend this service!

Consultation of home theater updating was excellent without overkill. Follow through to get equipment and installation was disappointing. I had to contact twice and finally went into a store and ordered equipment and another installation appointment. (Earliest Scheduled 10days later).

We were replacing a TV and receiver and needed to know what we needed to purchase . All very confusing with all the choices out there. Clayton checked it all out, consulted with another agent, Kasey, and between them came up with what would work. SO much better than us guessing!!!

The Geek Squad rep was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition, he was very timely in his recommendation and subsequent quote for purchase. During this process all my inquiries were met with a very friendly, timely and informative response. I would definatley use them again.

I went with Best Buy (over another in-town option) after talking to the in-store manager and his description of the process. The in-home consult wasn't bad, but when it came time for the install, they asked us what we wanted done. What? It appears the installers and consultation advisor didn't talk or trade notes at all. So, what we discussed in-house (other than the devices to purchase) didn't happen as we wanted (where to run cords, etc.). The installers were nice and professional, but again, the two parties need to talk.

So you hire a guy to come out and look over your room. You tell him how loud and crisp you want the sound and they give you a list of material to make it happen. Then they credit you the $100 you spent on them towards your purchase. What's not to like? Thank you Thomas @ the Portage store.

He told me what was required based on the size of my rooms, wasn't out to get as much money from me as possible. It's nice for a change to work with someone like that.

Rey and Jessie were the coolest Geek Squad team I've ever had at my home...they installed a Sony 4K Smart TV. They were professional, personable and made the install an experience. I loved the new tv, and so did they....it was great! Very well skilled and did a bang-up job!

The Geek Squad member called me to confirm appointment, showed up at the scheduled time and was very courteous and paid attention to detail. Even after providing me with a proposal, he answered all the questions I had and was very helpful in making useful suggestions.
