Consultation for my TV/Stereo needs in my new home seemed thorough and promised to be helpful, but I cannot obtain a written summary despite repeated phone calls. Very disappointing.

The thing I like about the television is the quality of picture and sound.

After initial visit, representative never followed up or called back even after multiple attempts to contact him. We really needed this service. Very disappointed.

I had to go threw 3 reps to finally get the process going. for some reason it wasn't a priority for any of them. i tried with the first rep from the Dublin store , he came out and promised a report / quote but it never came, after several calls i gave up on him, i then went to the UC store and set up an appointment to have a home visit - it was first missed (opps) and then rescheduled (i had to drive down because no one would answer the phone) but on my drive back i receive a phone call letting me know that the UC store would no longer be supporting the home control systems. so i had to go back to Dublin, i got a rep to come to my house, then i got a weak report / estimate that i responded to asking for some clarification, i never got a response. i gave up and went in and bought components to try and do the job myself. i ran into the rep and he said he was confused by my questions (OMG - they were so basic!) i asked him why he never responded and he said "i didn't?" then he looked and said " oh, i guess i didn't" i was really baffled by the entire situation. i did finally run into a rep that seems very competent - Sienna (likely spelled wrong).

The consultant came to my house and spent about 30-60 minutes looking everything over. Told me he would email a plan and would also call. Never heard from him again.
