The consult team was very knowledgeable but I had to wait longer than expected for my report. Having said that, I think it may have been a technical problem, instead of purposeful.

The fellow came on a Saturday morning to offer us his advice on how/where to set up our new tv. He explained the process very well, particularly as we are not very tech-minded ourselves. We felt much more confident going ahead with the installation following his visit.

Sonos is great - but it is only as good as your home wifi. I have the highest performing level of ATT internet for my home - and I still need a sonos booster to work properly.

You just can't get better help for $100.....but really it's free as long as you spend $500 in store so if you project is over $500 why wouldn't you do it? These guys have done tons of setups so they will steer you in the right direction. Would I recommend it to a friend? I already did!

Excelent orientation, support and customer service. Just a group of very well trained professionals always making sure everything is perfectly installed, sounding and looking very good.

My surround sound was spotty. The Geek Squad tech came when he said he would. He researched all my devices and found that some needed to be reset. He did that and explained to me what he did. Everything is now very satisfactory. I will highly recommend the Geek Squad to my friends and neighbors.

Your consultant, Trey Benzel was superb. He was on time, very nice, and made a great evaluation of our existing system's needs. He then offered a path to upgrade our sound and TV system components. Trey was of great help in bringing our knowledge base up to understand the new technologies.

Great input on a very complicated home entertainment system for a two level home. Wonderful store manager, Tim, that helped us understand our optins and meet our budget. Great team at Best Buy and can hardly wait for our system to be installed. Thank you Best Buy...Sophie & Bill

The in-home consultation was extreme helpful. I had some special needs that my friends were not able to answer. The consultant understood my needs and recommended a solution. I have since implemented his recommendation, and the audio system has greatly improved. Thank you so much.

The installation guys came on time, worked hard to put everything together, made sure it all worked correctly, and the taught me everything I needed to know to operate the entire system. When I forgot things later they covered it again when I called, even if was at an inconvenient time.

We had some questions concerning whether our current wall bracket and sound bar could be used and best viewing options for our relatively narrow living room. All our questions were answered and we felt well informed to make a choice and a purchase. Excellent experience!

Had a good experience consulting for the home audio system. The consultant was knowledgeable and suggested what would work best for the size of room I had. Nice Experience.

Due to our own TV issues (satellite provider box issue) the team did all they were able to do when we realized that the DVR had it's own issues, which is why all this new technology started, but were not able to complete our service. NOT the team's fault though

Had two staff from "Geek Squad" come out and do a consultation for some big screen, wiring issues at home. The staff was on time, showed their credentials. Gave me the advice I needed about the wiring issues along with our big screen tv. Very quick and professional.

The appointment was set up that fit my schedule, Grant called when he was on his way and arrived on time. He had came to my home before, he was polite and full of information. He answered all my questions and ordered everything for me, this was great and easy.

The gentelman that came out to my house was professional, prompt and had great recommendations. Two days later he called me as arranged and helped me purchase the items we'd discussed online, answered all my questions and in general provided excellent service. Thank you so much!

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Jordan to help us plan out an in-home installation. He came to our house and listened to us to be clear on what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and offered us several options - and items for those options.

My home consult provided ideas and answered questions. Installation is pricey. But, I did purchase several items that were suggested and I'm happy with those items.

For someone who is not at all Tech savvy, the in-home consultation is the perfect solution! Very helpful!

Can't say enough positive comments about Best Buy/Magnolia products and the professionals that install them. Even when challenges arose during installation they never give up until the job is done right! I suggest not plugging product into a switched outlet!!
