Installers excellent, friendly. Products a disappointment.

A big joke. I should get a refund! Guy who came to my home did not do anything. Set up a temporary appointment and then never called me to confirm as he said he would. What a waste of my time.

I was looking forward to the consultation. Two guys arrived walked thru my home with their cellular phone searching for a signal. They were there for no more than 15 minutes and told me I needed to upgrade my router to the $400.00 model.

It was very difficult to set up an appointment and it was not worth the time it took to do so. The guy didn't even send me an estimate for the installation. The first thing he suggested was to buy more stuff from Best Buy. Not Impressed.

The consultant missed a stud in the wall which caused the installation not to be what was expected. The installation leaves wires exposed and the only way to correct the problem is to have a contractor to come in and repair the walls and rewire the for the TV.

The appointment for a Theatre service estimate in my basement finishing project was poor. He/she never showed up and I never received a call. I had to call to request a refund because the rescheduled date was not available for another 20 days. Poor service.

This installation has not been completed and the people do not respond back to you. Products have been fully paid for, but the job has not been completed!!!! Not happy about the situation and people at the store do not seem to know what is going on!!!

I asked for an in home evaluation for an external antenna. Not only was I on hold for over an hour, but someone finally called I was scheduled to bring my new 55" TV to the store. I finally gave up and went to Radio Shack

spent over 5hrs just trying to schedule an appointment. no one has a clue. Also I bought a product that did not work. when I called tech support he said I had to buy the service. Porduct was brand new. Incredible.

Still don't have a quote, must be to busy. He came to the house and provided a wealth of information, said he would get back to me and hasn't. Tv, stereo equipment, wiring. All for my new addition.

We are going somewhere else for our purchase. No one bothers to get back to us. How can we apply the consultation fee to purchase when we can't talk with anyone. I've tried to reach Tim, Eric & Scott

Tech showed up, looked around. Said he needed an installer to review my plan and never followed up. Its been 4 weeks and I am still waiting.

Spent 5 hours trying to make the TiVo system work. Couldn't do it. Almost as frustrating as the horrible experience of buying the tv system.

He wrote down what he wanted, not what we needed. He didn't even look at what we had & compare to today's items. We complained about him in the store too. Wasted $100. DO NOT DO THIS.

They came out to look over my project (I took off from work to meet him). I never saw him again or got any estimate. What was the point of coming here?

Good consultation. No estimate or contact after. Send email trying to get response. Nothing. Very dissapointed in service

The agent was supposed to come by and had other appointments needless to say I had to go elsewhere to find what I needed.

I never received a quote, email or follow up phone call. I was told that would receive breakdown with all the cost and that was weeks ago.
