Told us to buy items that would not work in our area, attena that would only pick up 1 channel !

Didn't show up despite scheduling. What's the point of offering the service

Terrible experience with both the Geek Squad, the store rep., the store managers.

The geek squad was excellent on time cleaned up very help full.

They came to quote a job and never got back to me.

Way overpriced and was not even close to what I asked for.

The follow up to this service by Geeksquad is still undone!

I have never heard back regarding setting up n appt.

In-Home consultation on a Home Studio. I had done research before and asked questions based on what I had found. The consultant was knowledgeable and explained my options very well.

Geek squad cam to my house and did a GREAT job. They hung a 70 inch tv. Mounted and installed a surround sound system with 5 speakers. Installed other electronics (wuii, blue ray, vcr, player) to the receiver. Added a universal remote. Overall did a great job and then taught me how to use.

Excellent service, next day on site. We are putting in 4 Sony - 70" Class (69-1/2" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 3D - 4K Ultra HD TV

We wanted to put a TV outside, under our pergola, but wanted to be able to watch football games without paying Direct TV to run an outside line, which would mean a monthly fee plus installation. We also needed help with speakers that would enable us to use our our various mobile devices, stereo and tv, without relying on cell phone battery drainage (blue tooth). We wanted portability of the good sounding speakers, and also wanted to maximize use of our internet connection. He helped us discover various options out there that we did not know about, as technology changes frequently. We are very happy with the service. He called back quickly and I was able to get an appt with 5 business days.

Almost a month ago I met someone from GeekSquad at my house for an in-home video/audio consultation. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!! NO QUOTES AS PROMISED!!!!! NO RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!!! THEY HAVE MY MONEY THOUGH AND WON'T GIVE IT BACK EVEN THOUGH THEY FAILED TO COMPLETE THEIR END OF THE TRANSACTION. We have spent nearly $5000 in the past 6 years there. The local folks at the stores have always been helpful, but this in-home consultation has not been a positive experience for me. I guess the $4000 plus in appliances we were considering getting from there is out now. DO NOT PURCHASE AN IN-HOME CONSULTATION FROM GEEKSQUAD THROUGH BESTBUY!

Nathan came into my home and spent a significant amount of time evaluating the space and talking to me about what I was looking for. He then made several product recommendations and put together a whole shopping list. The end result was pricey, but worth every penny! I could not be happier!

Dwight arrived on time and presented a professional appearance. He listed to what we wanted, told us his opinions, and promptly prepared a proposal of what we decided upon. We valued his expertise because he didn't just tell us what we wanted to hear. I don't know how he could have helped more.

I wasted about an hour on in-home consultation, after which I was supposed to receive a proposal for the home theater equipment to be installed. Not only that my "advisor" never contacted or submitted anything, but a month later I am receiving confirmation of closed case. If this is a way of selling a $100 gift card to customers, you have invented a perfect formula. You have just lost a potential buyer, because I am going to buy and install a large home theater from somebody else.

Guy came over to explain home theater to me, but we never got our follow up recommendations from him. I followed up by going over to the store, manager told me that there was a problem tracking the sales person down, but that the manager would call me about the report that evening. Never heard back from Best Buy. Still waiting 4 months later.

Very pleased with the total work done, I would recommend the installers to all of my friends.

Because of satisfied previous use I contracted Geek Squad for consultation. Paid my $100, scheduled appointment which advisor arrived on time for, had what seemed to be a good review of needs and then never received follow up on suggested systems. I received several surveys responding to all with displeasure and even received one from Geek Squad in review asking for completion, however on inquiry there was no link for my feed back. I've sent an email to the advisor who I visited with but still nothing. It shouldn't be this hard. Everybody has a price and for me it cost $100 for nothing other to not use or recommend Geek Squad ever again.
