I used the Geek Squad consulting service to advise me on a home audio system. Not only did they save me a lot of money they explained the system much better than the other companies I got quotes from. They gave me a great price and will conduct the installation when I am ready. I am remodeling a house and it is really a mess right now. However they came out and pre-wired while the walls are open and will return after our finishing work is almost done. This way my new speakers are not sucking up dust from all the construction. Best Buy came out almost half the price of other companies. I am sure the other companies would say they are using different equipment and have more powerful speakers but I checked out the Best Buy speakers and they are great. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay about $100 for the in home consultation but that money can be used as a credit toward the job or any purchase over $500. I have no problem paying for open knowledgeable service. I would recommend the Best Buy in home consultation to friends and family.

Punctual, courteous, work completed to my satisfaction in reasonable time, phone support for a year.

70" TV for our new home theater was delivered broken. Replacement is scheduled for delivery next week (2 weeks after initial install?). We made a couple attempts to move up replacement with local store, but to know avail. Geek squad installers seemed to do a good job with install of all items, but truth will be seen and heard once TV is replaced. Magnolia rep was helpful in selecting best systems for our budget. Damage to TV may have been a manufacturers defect in packaging, but I we would have expected some more help in getting TV replaced quickly. Would recommend overall experience, but may hold out until everything is in place.
