This is an outstanding television. Picture quality is excellent and coupled with a great sound bar, we also purchased from you, has elevated the whole television experience.

They recommended speakers that would not fit in my shelves. We measured the shelves so they would know the dimensions. Then they did not send me the quote. I had to call Geek Squad and the rep sent it to me. I was very disappointented as my past experiences with Best Buy have be excellent. Felt like a waste of my time.

We were happy with the in-store service, the in-home consultation and the availability of an early installation date. All service persons were courteous and knowledgeable.

Consultant was very helpful in discussing the various options we have in home theater. Provided good information and was professional. Would use the service again, if needed.

Called my phone 3 times to schedule the same appt for an evaluation only to keep starting over and over again. Greatly disappointed in the lack of follow up, communication and incompetence. I rarely give negative feedback on services but this one was really awful and will take my business elsewhere.

David was great. He listened to what I wanted to do and then quickly assessed if it could be done. He explained the process completely and then he left. Efficient and quick.

The Consultant that was sent to my house was friendly, punctual, prepared with a detailed list of potential products. He was also a good sport about putting up with my family.

this in home consultation is very valuable. they come to your house and look over the set up of your house and recommend where to install speakers and all.

Saved me from buying another bracket for my wall mount but didn;t check out my router. I wound up having to buy a new router to get the system to work. Very annoying to have to figure that out, and then have to buy another $135 item to add to the cost of the TV. Good news if you buy the TV cuz then the fee is credited back.

Well worth the time to get an idea of how to set up your system beforehand.

The television is exemplary and top notch. I would recommend it to everyone.
