My consult and subsequent install were amazing. Matt provided great service, professionalism and technical expertise. I would definitely use him again!

In home consultant was great. There was no follow up from the store, I could not get the quote emailed to me. I had to go to the store to pick it up and all it ended up being was one of each from the most expensive list of things that they sold. I can do that myself without spending $100.

The geek squad representative was good and had good knowledge of the product.

Tech installed the needed products to achieve the results wanted. He reviewed how the products worked and recommended what we could add on at a later date.

I am impressed with the features available on the tv...linking to computer, etc. The structure of the set, being so thin, is really nice for wall mounting.

Have been using Geek Squad for several years and multiple installation and followup visits later, I can only report total satisfaction.

The employees were easy to work with and very friendly. I have had Best Buy wire and install my last three homes. I would recommend them.

This was a surround install with in ceiling installation. Derek took his time to do the job correctly and did not make me feel as they were on the clock

It was an excellent service to get. The cost came back in a deduct from the purchase later so basically a free service but the ideas given were priceless.

Magnolia team was a no show. When I called customer service, the representative did not offer to contact Magnolia team or to reschedule. I was told that the visit had been "completed and invoiced". Not true.

Amazed at the professionalism of the geek squad Gary and Craig. The tv has a picture like no other I have seen before. Am very pleased.

Geek Squad did a consultation. Very unhappy with how they did not show me how to operate my new purchases thoroughly. Seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I'm not technologically inclined & they need to do a better job of helping people like me & be more patient in showing how to use the devices.

He helped me choose the products I need to get my TV's all hooked up.

I have BestBuy home theater equipment and felt it would be best to schedule to move it to a new residence via the Geek Squad. The scheduling to get even a consult to do this was the most frustrating experience i can remember being in for a very long time. It took no less than 20 different phone calls, dead ends, store managers, geek squad managers and everyone else saying i had to go through the phone scheduling system. Calling into the phone scheduling system turned out to be a nightmare. Most of the time i could not get through. When i did get through, the person at the other end said he/she could not help me and i had to call in again. I asked for call-backs from an appropriate person and never got them. But i did get a call back from someone trying to sell me a mobile phone :(. When i said i needed help with something else she disconnected me. The people i talked to when i did get through, for the most part, were trying to be helpful, but there is apparently no way within the GeeK Squad system for them to connect me to someone else that can help when they do not have the skills or the instructions to handle the request. They simply say to call back. And each time i get a different ration of S_--T ahout why my call is so different our outside of their capability or what. I should have been given a direct contact number to the appropriate tech service when i purchased the consultation visit. Now i am facing the horror of trying to schedule the installation visit and i anticipate it will be a similar nightmare! If i had a choice, i would definitely NOT be dealing with BestBuy or Geek Squad for this service and when i buy my next system or system component, i definitely will NOT buy from BestBuy.
