I was skeptical about getting a geek squad consultant but it was worth every dime as our tv is now installed and worked out perfectly.

Consultation services were performed. The staff was friendly.

I received the in house visit but the rep never followed up with his recommendation even after 2 different attempts to get the info from calling the store. The 3rd attempt was made by going to the store and they did not have any paper work still on the in house visit.
