Very knowledgeable consultant, great design with various price options

Originally had ConsultationTech give us an idea what we needed to fix our sound system. He told us that he would have a truck with equipment we needed and woud only have to pay for the things he used when we decided what to do. Not so. When I tried to set the installation appointment, it took more than 2 hours of phone transfers and explanations to finally get the appointment for Jan. 2. I gave them a cell phone number so they could call us 30 minutes before their arrival so we could be there to meet him because the office was closed. He did not call the cell number, he called the only number he had: the office number and got no answer, but he waited. The install tech came without any equipment, expecting us to have it. We did not. The tech told us we needed different items than the original estimate. He left. Charged our credit card $214.95. Later went to Best Buy store to find out wat was going on, there was another two hour or more investment of time. This time we were told we had to purchase all of the equipment on the original estimate and would be able to return what we didn't need. We were told that some of the items were not in stock, but when it was available it would be sent to my home. We called today, found out that the insallation is not scheduled until March 15 and that the tech would have the equipment with him. Don't know who to believe.

Thought we were getting a technical consultation to set up our audio surround sound system. But it was actually a sales consultation to see what we might consider buying and it cost us $99.

This tv has all the bells and whistles, great picture, HD, 3D and brouse the internet.

Gentleman came to our restaurant to help us with our entertainment system. He never followed up with a quote. We ended up spending upwards of $15,000 with a private dealer.
