No email code ever came from Best Buy for YouTube

I was never sent code to my email even after hours on phone multiple times with Best Buy Support. I want to cancel. I signed up on September 20th and gave up trying to get this thing to work.

Brought Me Back To YouTube

Plus, it includes music streaming. Would like to see Google throw in another Google service at no cost, like Gemini or something
