Misleading information

To much hassle.

Nothing new as you can get the free month without the code. Otherwise nice not to have annoying commercials every two minutes.

When is a three month offer not a 3 month offer?

When you logon it only shows one month free not three. While I was interested to test cutting the cord given 200 cable bill the change in terms made me wary to even try it and I abandoned the offer given the difference in terms

I had never had YouTube premium so I’m still lost as to why I didn’t qualify. I feel I should have received a reason with the response.

Does having a YouTube account make me a previous user?? Its funny cuz basically if you have Gmail you sort of by default have a YouTube account. C'mon Google or BestBuy please reply to us users that encountered this issue please. ( Iknow FREE is FREE but,....?? )

Imposible to activate deal.

It will not accept my credit card unless it is connected to a GMAIL address and if I try to activate this deal using PayPal, it just runs and runs and never gets to PayPal.
