When I tried to redeem it it tells me the offer is not available? I have reached out to customer service NUMEROUS TIMES and they provided a different code with the same result. Not available. It's so upsetting to get the run around and no help from nobody

FYI if you have had Youtube Premium in the past the code changes to 1 month. You can at least use the same email (Gmail for example you purchased from to use for another Youtube account which I used for my family member.

NOT 3 MOS. - took info but can’t cancel trial.

Now I can’t find a way to cancel this trial now that they have my credit card on file. There’s no way to redeem but it already has my info to charge me.

Get your promotions right

I have never paid for anything Youtube wise, or Google Music wise, so I should be eligible for the 3 month promotion. Seems like a bait and switch. It is almost too much trouble to try to contact BestBuy or Google to resolve.
