Nice offer, but if only for new customers, who hasn't tried a free trial yet? frustrating to be denied when it's so prominently marketed.

Sounds good in theory, but would not work when trying to redeem. I cut and paste the code and it just takes me to the screen to select the monthly plan I want. I tried to select and plan and go through, in hopes it would add free months, but it does not.

It's 3 months, but charges $1. Not entirely free and doesn't let you use Paypal to purchase. FYI if you have had Youtube Premium in the past the code changes to 1 month. You can at least use the same email (Gmail for example you purchased from to use for another Youtube account which I used for my family member.

I purchased a desktop online and in May and I was issued 3 months of your premium for free. When I tried to redeem it it tells me the offer is not available? I have reached out to customer service NUMEROUS TIMES and they provided a different code with the same result. Not available. It's so upsetting to get the run around and no help from nobody

Followed the instructions and tried to redeem the code but it just kept giving me the option for 1 month free trial...the code is useless

Not as advertised. When you go to redeem it takes you to the standard 1 month free section of YouTube. Now I can’t find a way to cancel this trial now that they have my credit card on file. There’s no way to redeem but it already has my info to charge me.

Well it says 3 months, but once they sent the code and I went to redeem it at Youtube, it said it was only for 2 months. I have never paid for anything Youtube wise, or Google Music wise, so I should be eligible for the 3 month promotion. Seems like a bait and switch. It is almost too much trouble to try to contact BestBuy or Google to resolve.

Only got one month even with the code, and I'm not a previous subscriber. Not sure why it varies.

It does not work. Don't Purchase. The code to redeem it does not work on YouTube. How I have to watch my credit card to make sure I don't get charged. Customer service was no help. They can't stop the transaction.

This is only for new subscribers only, if you are already a premium member you will not get this benefit. Poor advertising and poor respect for current members.

Code reverts offer back to 1 month free, even for someone who hasn't been a youtube subscriber for years. Unless you are brand new to youtube, don't expect more than 1 month. I'm not going to bother with it. Google's multi billion dollar business can move forward without my money.

Don't buy from bestbuy! you don't even need the code to get the free 3 months trial! just go to YouTube premium and they will offer you the trial without any code (new subscription only) Bestbuy is just getting your information...

I’ve never subscribed to YouTube ever and the code they sent me only allowed one month free, not three.
