Not working ....invalid code?

I understand entering a payment method if i decide to continue YouTube Premium after the 3 month promotion, but i was charged. No help from YouTube or Google, and from reading other Best buy reviews, it looks like they aren't any helpful either. I just requested a refund and apparently it came through.
