Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like I said in my review of the offer of the software that I got for a virus control Etc I don't like getting software to try for free for a few months and then be an automatically charged for the next year I don't like that I like to try it and if I don't like it that's the end of it and that way if I do like it I can always order it but I don't like the idea that a company will simply start taking money out of my bank account if I don't like it and haven't had the time to tell them that I don't like it this is done so that they can make money because if you don't like it and you don't get to call them and tell him in time or contact him and tell him in time they will keep your money or at least try to keep it or keep some of it this has happened to me a few times before and that's why I know this to be true

For some reason I can’t get any help from Best Buy or YouTube. Could you please help me? If I can get this 3-month subscription, I will absolutely give 5-stars!!!!
