It works great when it does, but for $200 I expect headphones to last a few years, not barely two years. Their last firmware update broke something, the microphone works fine while recording but not during calls (no matter what you're using to call: phone, messenger, Whatsapp, etc). And ofcourse the warranty only covers one year and the Google support you speak to could care less about anything other than giving u a scripted reply. I know one review won't change how Google or their customer reps operate but please don't buy this for $200. I got galaxy buds for my wife at the same time and they are working just fine.
