Perfect for gaming and watching sports - a premium TV at an affordable price! Also it has exceptional internal sound (if you don’t want to hook up a sound system)!

Background playback should work without paying

Seems very intentional to remove this "feature" and force payment of the service for basic functionality.

Of course when you sign up for this you have to verify what card is payment. It is free but they do put 1$ pending on your account. Buttt don't sweat it comes back, they just want to make sure you have given a funded and working card.
