Apparently, I'm not "New"

I decided to become a new subscriber again with this deal. However, because I had a subscription several years ago they said I'm not "new" and wouldn't let me have the deal. I wish they had defined "new" a bit better. Beyond that, to not give unsubscribed users 3 free months to bring them back in when they just bought a tv with their operating system is a fail in my book. I'm already giving them free ad money in tracking my views.
