When you want to listen to music and hear ads after every song is so infuriating, then you know premium won't won't do that....Then you're happy there's no ad's and get jammin!

My mom and friend had gotten some JBL tune beams, but I researched some more and thought I would be getting something about the same thing, if not better. The sound quality is good, the noise cancelling is great when in-ear correctly, I haven’t had issues with the microphone. I’ve been having major issues with volume though. I had to turn the overall max volume on the phone to the lowest setting AND the mixer on the JBL app all the way down. I can’t arrange the mixer the way I’d like either because everything has to be all the way down or it’s too loud. The volume continues to be very inconsistent. Overall, had a lot of heartache over these.
