Great little free gift

As always, will be shopping at Best Buy again.

Great Offer, Terrible Product

A large part of its marketing plan is essentially that Youtube actively prevents your phone from continuing to play videos if you back out of the app (unless it is something they are making money on already) until you buy Premium, with the added bonus of skipping advertisements which you can usually skip after 5 seconds anyway. The high star rating is based on the free offering, not the product itself.
