The screen were broke and they wouldn't accept my return or exchange now im out of 1100.00 dollars bought the warranty asnf they saying its a store problem this really suck.i purchased a tv from the family dollar store before i buy anything else from best buy who knew you had to open a brand nrw product before 15 days it were a gift for my husband
