YT premium was well worth the $10 month to rid myself of pesky interruptions. The additional benefit of seamless download and streaming music and movies was a pleasant bonus

You really have to have youtube premium now a days, pretty much everything is on there. You get ad free, You can access all of your news channels and live streams. You have access to music also and it counts for streaming.
