Mad customer (was given a non working code)

I was upset cuz I entered the code and I said it wasn’t any good that it was expired or something. Why would Best Buy offer that with my purchase if I wasn’t even able to use the offer. Just irritated that I was lied to. It was a waist of my time trying to even claim that free gift.
