The Access Codes and Links never worked

My links and access codes never worked and I gave up trying to figure out why. So to me this is a wasteful misleading feature. I wish it had worked.

And when you go to canceil they keep transferring you from one member to another to a supervisor to sales, to customer relations. But finally they give up and cancel for you. Be sure to ask for comfirmation #
