Cannot Redeem Offer

Now they tell me that "this offer isn’t available anymore or you’re not eligible. You can still sign up for Premium" I want my 3 free months of YouTube Premium!

Two damaged Roku TV's

Returned it to BB. Ordered a replacement. The 2nd TV was delivered by FEDEX. Box damaged in 3 places and bottom flap open. Rejected shipment. Didn't order a 3rd TV. Very unhappy.
