    I'm not aware that any other filter can be used in place of the LG filter for my LG Refrig--" It is what it is." I do appreciate the convenience of being able to buy the filters from Best Buy.

    Poor rep had his work cut out for him. He needed to look up the type fridge I purchased so that he could then find the correct air filter. Great service!

    Glad these are available through Best Buy so I can get Best Buy reward points. Had to watch video to be sure I was opening up compartment correctly as it was very tight and hard to open.
