It has nothing to do with the filter. The cover to the air filter is very hard to take off. I didn’t want to break the cover so I left it alone.

I cannot fathom why I would buy this again when off brand ones are way cheaper and made with the same cheap quality as this. LG, you are delusional. This should be $5 at most and probably cost you $.30 cents to manufacture and distribute per unit.
