While past filters I’ve purchased seemed to do the job, they were very difficult to install and super expensive. I have since purchased another brand of fridge to replace the disappointing LG. I’ll stick with cheap boxes of baking soda for my fresh fridge air needs. I cannot recommend this product because I can no longer recommend the LG refrigerator.

The instructions in the manual were not clear on how to do this. I called Best Buy and I was told to call LG. I did this and was on the phone over 90 minutes to resolve this.The person helping me was not very good in explaining how to fix this problem. Also that person was out of the USA overseas and said I could not get any help for this problem from anyone in the United States.

Works as needed. Expensive
