Extremely difficult to stop door lights

The instructions in the manual were not clear on how to do this. I called Best Buy and I was told to call LG. I did this and was on the phone over 90 minutes to resolve this.The person helping me was not very good in explaining how to fix this problem. Also that person was out of the USA overseas and said I could not get any help for this problem from anyone in the United States.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback it is very important to us. I hate to hear that you are still having odor issues with your refrigerator after purchasing a Fresh Air Filter. To help remove odor from the refrigerator you can wash the interior with a mixture of backing soda and warm water. Mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda with 1 quarter of water. Allow the baking soda to completely dissolve into the mixture to prevent scratching to the surface of the refrigerator.
