Shreds cheese very nicely and quickly. Wouldn’t bust out the whole machine for one recipe, but it’s very usual for bulk shredding and bagging up.

Makes shredding fast and easy. It's so easy to use I shred to the amount I need as I need it without feeling like I added time to the prep process.

The attachment is simple, and easy to use once I figured out that I have to keep pushing down the cabbage into the shredding bowl, and be careful not to push too close to the rolling blades.

Great for grating a large amount of cheese making the job much easier. However, cheeses does tend to stick to the sides of the inner part of the grater, but it's a minimal amount. Great tool for the kitchen.
