I am disappointed with size of the shoot. I purchased the older model a few years ago for my daughter. I can not understand why KITCHEN AID would redesign and make it smaller.

I’m so disappointed. I bought this to replace my current 40 year old unit. The opening to this new one is so small. By the time you cut up everything to find in the hopper you might as well just shred it by hand. I will keep trying it but it might get returned and I will go back to using my original one. It’s cracked and looks ugly but it’s huge and it works.

Works like a charm just not on the crappy kitchenaod we bought originally. Shread chees cut other stuff easily.

Bought this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. It has enhanced her ability to be creative with her recipes.

I have most of the attachments. They work wonderfully.

This is just an okay Kitchenaid attachment for the mixer. This was bought as a gift. The gift recipient said it is almost more hassle than useful. She doesn’t use it very often.

Nicely packaged in a recyclable box and secured with styrofoam. Comes with a slicer, course and medium blades, wish is had a fine blade as well to completely replace the hand shredder. Fits my 5qt professional without issue. No issues as of yet.

I bought for a gift. I haven’t given it yet. But I am sure it will work just like it says it will. I love kitchenaid appliances.

I got this for my wife, she uses it a lot but she doesn’t like using it that much because washing it it’s a little annoying

I decided I wanted this as an additional extension to the "must have" I already owned--my KitchenAid mixer. The attachments didn't disappoint and just the start to more good attachments yet to be purchased.

i got this for my wife for Christmas and all in all it is awesome at doing cheese. i'm sure it does more but i havent used it for anything else.

This is a very useful tool in the kitchen, and the price point is very fair. Give it time to work on harder foods such as carrots.

Love this attachment to my Kitchenaid, Best Buy always seems to have the most reasonable prices and if not they price match
