I have only used this once to grade cheese and really like how it grades .only problem is the cheese stays in the tube unless you tilt the mixer.

These are hard to compare to others. Sturdy and cam be repaired especially in DFW area if necessary Price was unbelievable

I've tried the shredding attachments and found that they are curly and fluffy instead of more of shredded that you get with a salad shooter or in a package, interesting, still yet to try the slicer attachment.

There is a bit of a learning curve - how much pressure for pushing food through - but it isn't hard. Some staining from carrots.

It works well with the KitchenAid mixer, but I thought it came with the spiralize her, and it didn’t.

I already had a kitchenaid tilt head mixer and wanted to add to the kitchen appliance coral so when this went on sale I purchased one.

I wanted to downsize from a big bulky processor. This made sense as a combined product the with the mixer. Saves space.
