Works great on cheese, and saves a ton of time. The slicers don't work well with and vegtables that I've tried yet (mostly peppers). However still worth it just for the cheese graters.

Used the attachment for the first time two weeks ago and learned how to install and work the specific parts. I usually chop by hand but may strongly consider this attachment for future use…as it will save on finger cuts. Overall, this is something that will get good use.

This attachment is incredible. There are four different blades so you can really slice and shred however you want! You can slice veggies into thin, identical slices in no time. You also can shred cheese and veggies. The great thing is that the feeder has different inserts that are various widths, so you can really shred whatever you want.

I had the older model and they had an issue of the plastic cracking. I did like the cone shape of the older one better. However it appears they corrected the issue of the plastic cracking. Because of the straight design rather than a cone shape you may need to stop and remove things like cheese, takes about 2 seconds. Still very happy with this.

Very pleased with this mixer! Quality is excellent. Would not recommend any other! Also purchased the slicer/grader attachment. Game changer!

I received the stand mixer as a gift recently to replace an old, broken one. So I have started to replace the attachments, too. The new slicer/shredder iattachments are great. Easy to attach, easy to use and so handy.

Used this within 2 days of receiving it. Had to shread 3 wedges of parmesan cheese. OMG was it so simple to use. Cant wait to use it again.

This is a must have attachment for our kitchen aid stand mixer. We normally make egg roll stuffing and sausages. Cutting vegabables are done quickly and we also grind our meat..we had to buy a separate blade to get a The right grind we want from 3rd party and we also got an attachment to make sausages too. Overall it’s helped save time and money!

The ease of use and more importantly the ease of cleaning are life changing! It significantly reduced our food prep time! Its a professional tool that makes every amatuer feel like a pro with its simplicity and effectiveness!

Got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. She had recently discovered that she loves to cook, and got a mixer for her birthday and wanted the attachments. She loves cooking, and i get to eat her tasty new dishes

I'm cooking and baking more than ever, so my 20 year old Kitchen Aide has gotten quite a workout! These attachments are easy to use, even on an older model, and very helpful. While I love cutting and chopping, these add-ons are very helpful and very reasonably priced

This attachment is super easy to use. Cuts our prepping time in half and makes our lives so much easier. It is easy to install and also easy to wash. I love it!

Handy attachment, does a good job, but you need a big bowl underneath, because it is situated kind of high
