Great attachment, easy to use and clean. Probably use this attachment than the mixer!

I have had my mixer for over 15 years and was concerned if the attachments would work. No problem. Wish I had bought them years ago. Very easy to use and cut down on time to manually slice.

It is good as an electric food grater/slicer. It does not perform like a food processor, so be certain you are not hoping for variable speeds. It is great if you are looking to make grating cheeses and vegetables easily.

We got the Kitchenaid mixer for ourselves for Christmas and had to get a couple of the accessories. This is the one we use the most so far. It works great and is solidly built.

Thai attachments works wonders when cooking any dish requiring shredded cheese, fruits, veggies, etc. the graters are made of metal and seem to be sturdy and well made. Highly recommend!

This is a great new addition (at least to me) to the kitchen-aid. I purchased this while upgrading to a new kitchen-aid, and am very pleased with the ease and overall use of this product.

I purchased the mixer and the shredder attachment about 1 year ago. The mixer has worked flawlessly and the shredder has done all we've asked in shredding veggies etc.

I absolutely love this attachment. It's very easy to attach and use. Helps from needing multiple kitchen tools and lets me get more use out of my nice mixer, my mother-in-law bought me :)

I love the fact that they redesign its much easier to use and the clean up is much more efficient.

If you own a kitchenaid mixer than this is a must have accessory that greatly helps the cooking process. I love the different shredder cones that allow you to do fine or medium shredding.

Use it all the time makes life a lot easier looks geart on the counter.

The thing works great. There's a little more cheese waste than I would like but it's one of the best slicer / shredders I've used. Unlike ALL of their other attachments, it's actually a pretty good value. If the pasta makers were priced like this, I'd own those too but KitchenAid doesn't really care about customers so the other attachments will remain vastly overpriced for what they are.

This attachment is a must have if you have a kitchen aid mixer. But don't stop there. There are many wonderful attachments for just about everything you could possibly imagine doing.

So far so good. Easy to use. Just be aware there is this little chunk remaining that won’t be sliced or shredded, which can be solved with a knife.
