There were numerous people out there saying not to get this version because it doesn't tip back, bowl goes up and down. But wouldn't trade this for any other because it's commercial strength!

Now I buy the block cheese instead of the pre-shredded cheese. Freshly shredded cheese tastes so much better and has a better texture, especially for making homemade mac and cheese or anything with a cheese sauce.

She loves her gadgets, and this was one she did not have. What it does it does extremely well. I can't say we use it all that often, but we are always pleased when we do.

Definitely worth it!

Me at least an hour when going through about 7 blocks of cheese for mac & cheese.
